About Us
Impact&One Services started with a simple idea: work hard, help people, and make a positive impact in the community.
Our Story
The business began with Joseph Zimmerman, who gained experience helping his father with work in the real estate industry. Through this experience, he saw firsthand how much work goes into maintaining properties, preparing homes, moving, cleaning, and completing projects. He recognized the value of having a reliable team that people could count on when they needed help. That experience helped inspire the creation of Impact&One Services.
Today
Impact&One Services proudly serves Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, with a strong focus on the West Suburbs. We provide dependable help with moving, junk removal, cleaning, general labor, winter services, home services, and other projects. At Impact&One, we believe no job is too small — whether you need help with a move, a property cleanout, or an extra set of hands for a project, our team is ready to help. Our mission is simple: to provide reliable, affordable service and make a positive impact, one job at a time.
What We Stand For
You get a flat quote before we start. No surprise fees when the job is done.
You're working directly with the owner — not a call center. We show up when we say we will.
Whether it's one couch or a full property cleanout, we're ready to help.
